20 things that I believe might help

So you might have gathered I don’t have a clue on what I am doing… But here are a few things that I believe can help weight loss. I am not a nutritionist and something work different for some people.

  1. Chilies. Not only flavoursome, they can reduce salty cravings and appetite, boost fat burning and boost metabolism.
  2. Plenty of water. Boost metabolism of stored fats and is vital for survival.
  3. Exercise. Every little helps, walking even short distances or even walking up the stairs can help. Simple chores like house work can keep you moving.
  4. Avoiding too much salt. Salt attracts water increasing water retention, them extra few pounds make all the difference.
  5. Chewing more on food. Helps digestion and food lasts longer.
  6. Weigh yourself regularly and don’t lose track. Although weight naturally fluctuates throughout the day sometimes it keeps you on target if you can see how you are doing.
  7. Record what you have eaten. Sometimes things just slip in your mouth, recording these random occurrences can help you pin point where you are going wrong.
  8. Don’t go off track on a cheat day. Remain healthy by limiting intake of unhealthy foods. Cheat day can ruin the next few days if you over indulge.
  9. Commit to it. Tell people, you will be more likely to do it. Peer pressure for the win (like blogging, people now know meaning I have to do it!)
  10. Stay away from sugary drinks. Pretty obvious, sugar=bad, liquid sugar=even worse.
  11. Sleep. We all love sleep, unfortunately most of us don’t get enough.
  12. Increasing fruits and veg. Snacking on fruit is a sweet alternative to other sugary foods, adding fruit to salad can increase the flavour. Vegetables are fibrous and super good for us they are low in nasty carbs and are sometimes tasty.
  13. Dark chocolate. Everyone knows chocolate is good for us, the darker the better!
  14. Citrus slices in water. Adding slices of lemon or limes can boost flavour and get rid of some of our body’s toxins.
  15. Nuts. Perfect for snacking and have plenty of vitamins.
  16. Kale. Extremely low in calories but high in vitamin K and antioxidants, although tastes like dirt it is amazing for you.
  17. Being outside. Boosting happiness and giving a need to move. Being outside can also increase vitamin D intake and give a little colour to our skin.
  18. Be comfortable. Buy something that you will be comfortable to work out in (something that I still need to do).
  19. Lift weight. Weights whilst on the toilet or watching TV can make a difference.
  20. Eat food you like. You are more likely to stick to something if it tastes good. Some tasty things can be healthy too.
If you have any helpful tips post them in the comments!!

Day 2

Day Two
Woke up 8:30, took 2 Thermo Lean Hardcore tablets.
10:00 Breakfast.... Silly me, still haven't gone shopping! My Nutri-v’s super green detox shake came in the post yesterday (Wowcher deal), so I had a scoop in 150ml of water for breakfast.... Eww, don't do!! Lesson learnt, tomorrow it will be going in a mini smoothie. I often miss out on breakfast so at least I have something in me.
Today I start work at 12:00 but finish at 17:00 instead of 22:00, that means I can cook myself my own dinner this evening (after I go shopping).
I think I should call this blog, how not to diet...
10:25 Mum brought me up a coffee thinking I was going to be late for work... the clocks went back! She put a sugar and full fat milk in... But is now bring up her slimming world books for me to look through.
11:00 weight 173.6lbs (12.4st) -0.6lbs not anything to be excited over, but at least its a tiny bit less than this time yesterday!
12:00 lunch, left over banana smoothie from the breakfast shift at work.
During work I made 2 coffees with coconut milk but forgot to drink them... so had about half a cup of coffee.
17:00 Forgot where I parked my car for work so extra 10 minutes of walking (parked in the near by village instead of the car park at work) Even though this shouldn't really make a difference seems I had spent the past 5 hours on my feet running about.
18:20 dinner, plate full of kale and red chili few slices of roast pork (Mouth burning and tastes like dirt, but I now have a super chiseled jaw line, kale requires soooo much chewing)
All in all diet day pretty successful... Well better than yesterday.
Lunch for the next few days at uni pre-made;
Bag of kale, red pepper, two red chilies, a carrot, a little bit of broccoli and fresh egg noodles. Stir fried in a splash of olive oil. most  likely going to blow off my head, seems it was burning my eyes in the process of cooking it.
Hopefully tomorrow goes better again!
Quick question... What is the opinion on CLA tablets? Have any of you tried them and got any good results?

Day 1

Day one, failure.
I am new to this dieting, today started alright (29/10/16). Full motivation.
I am now sat in the staff room with an empty plate, not long before towering in tuna mac and cheese. I guess I will start properly tomorrow.
My name is Poppy, I'm a student and also have a job in hospitality. Leaving me with very few hours in the day. I'm studying a bachelors in zoology.
This morning I started a dodgy diet. I'm cheating by using Thermo Lean Hardcore fat burning tablets, although the dose is 4 pills a day I will only be doing 2 in the morning.
I am currently 174.2lbs (12.4st) and stand at 5ft4 giving me a BMI of 29.5. I'm a size 14 and really quite unhappy with my body. My ideal weight is 9st, I would love to loose the 3st and drop at least 2 dress sizes. Any hints and tips will be amazing, I'm extremely fussy though.

DAY 1.
Today I have just been drinking lots of water mostly with fruit in, I took 2 tablets this morning before I left go work. I am on a 12:00-22:00 shift and 17:00 is break time. We are supplied with a meal, today's being tuna, mac and cheese.
I have had 1 coffee no sugar, with coconut milk.
(As long as I don't nibble during the rest of my shift)
This will be all for today, I will start tomorrow a lot better. I am planning to go shopping for some healthy food.
