Days 32 to 39

So once again I forgot to update

It has been a bumpy week with some strange results.

 164.4lbs -9.8lbs
 166.0lbs -7.2lbs
 163.4lbs -10.8lbs
 163.4lbs -10.8lbs
 158.2lbs -16lbs
 165.0lbs -8.4lbs
 158.8lbs -15.4lbs

Today I weighed in at 158.2lbs making that a total of 16lbs in the 39 days.
I would say that I am happy with that but I feel my scales are telling a bit of a porkie...

Today I am having a shake
2 sausages and 2 eggs
and a quorn meal for dinner (haven't decided what yet) with veggies

Day 29, 30 and 31

26/11/16  164.0lbs
27/11/16  164.0lbs

28/11/16  162.2lbs
So today is the lowest so fat it marks the 12lbs lost mark for my perfect weight i just need to drop another 30lbs
Problem..... Mum made a roast and put Yorkshire puddings with it, they are my ultimate weakness. I think I inhaled at least 7 of them :/
hopefully that don't affect my weigh in tomorrow too negatively, fingers crossed!

I added it all to my fitness pal, I have stayed under my calorie goal of 1,200.... But defiantly topped my carbs.
But it has also said that I have 700% too much vitamin A, I know that too much vitamin A is extremely bad, I have sat through enouth nutrition lessons to know the long term toxicity of vitamins and minerals. I am super sure that the 700% that I went over does in now way affect me seems the mg is set to 100 XD I'm pretty sure the daily guideline is around 700mg a day so i might look into changing all that on my fitness pal now.

Apparently If every day were like today...   You'd weigh 152.3 lbs in 5 weeks ....
I don't feel like this would be right because I feel like I would just put on so much weight eating like that. Most days it will not tell me this because it says my calorie intake is less than 1000 although i feel full and energized

Day 28

It has been four weeks since I started my path to a skinnier me.
Today I weighed in at 164.2lbs, that works out as 10lbs down!
I am unsure if I see to much difference in my body, my arms are covering the important bits. From the side view its obvious that my belly has decreased a little. Hopefully next month will see me lose another 10lbs

Stated today with a shake and my tablets. I am about to do my 20 minute core work out.

Thursday, 24 November 2016

Day 27

I don't start uni until 2 this afternoon so I had a little lay in!
165lbs again today my overall weight loss so far has been 8.4lbs

Had my tablets and am half way through my shake.
I have prepped my lunch
3 organic carrots, plumb tomatoes, 3 prunes, a handful of cashews, 6 sweet snap peas and chia seeds.
so pretty much the same as every day...

Before uni I will do the 20 minute workout and put some more movements into it too from some other workouts

I have stated entering on to My Fitness Pal again so i can track everything I am doing. I used my fitness pal in December 2014 I was 174.2lbs, September 2015 I was 158-154lbs so I was at some point 155lbs which is still 10lbs away.

Because I don't have time between work and College I am having a active woman meal replacement in vanilla by my protein. It takes two seconds to make and is easy to drink on the go!
I have taken all tablets and hopefully I won't pick on the bad food at work

Wednesday, 23 November 2016

Day 26

Today I am feeling the tiny bit of movement that happened yesterday.
I only done a very basic work out this morning, I will be topping it up later tonight though.

Today I weighed in at 165.0lbs I am quite happy with that, its a round number and has given me the thought of having 5lbs goals. having smaller goals makes everything feel a little better.... Right?

Same as most days
tablets
shake
veg
and a cooked dinner (spicy chicken and beef noodle and veg stir fry today)

I think I may have to put an alarm on to remind me to drink enouth water!!

Days 16 to 25

Okay, I neglected my blog!
So it has been a bumpy ride I am now on day 25....
Day 16 weight 170.8lbs Loss 3.4lbs
Day 17 weight 170.8lbs Loss 3.4lbs
Day 18 weight 169.4lbs Loss 4.8lbs
Day 19 weight 169.4lbs Loss 4.8lbs
Day 20 weight 166.8lbs Loss 7.4lbs
Day 21 weight 162.4lbs Loss 11.8lbs :) Super happy.... (Not for long though)
Day 22 weight 167.2lbs Loss 7.0lbs Day of graduation, celebrated with Chinese and a night out.
Day 23 weight 170.0lbs Loss 4.2lbs Very bad day, late for work so no breakfast and a hangover.
Day 24 weight 167.8lbs Loss 6.6lbs Getting back on track
Day 25 weight 166.4lbs Loss 7.8lbs

So there was a slight hiccup that I am paying for...
Every day I have been so good.
Shakes for breakfast
Carrots, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, fruit for lunch/snacks
Followed by a healthy veg packed dinner, normally stir-fry or something.

So now I have reached 25 days of diet with out exercise it might be time that I start moving

I have a 6kg and a 7.5kg kettlebell

I have a mini exercise plan in place (I may do this twice a day)
20 kettlebell sit ups
20 tricep curls with kettlebell
20 squats with kettlebell
20 front rises
10 lateral lifts on each side
20 squat to knees
30 second plank
10 drop planks

I done todays set with the 7.5 kettlebell
I will do this for the next week, then hopefully increase each rep to 30 and do a 40 second plank. I will use the 6kg kettlebell for lateral lifts.
After 2 weeks of this I will then start a more intense workout

I just thought to myself "I haven't done enough!"
So now I am sweating after following this 20 minuet core work out. It don't require weights and has a good mix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPQd_3mg71A
So now I will add this on to my routine every day!

Todays food
2 TL
2 RK
2 CLA
diet shake

Lunch
3 poached eggs
bowl of veg
pea snaps, carrots, cucumber(disgusting snack size ones), tomatoes, sweet peppers, cashew nuts and chi seeds. I will slowly nibble on this to keep me satisfied.
This evening mum made a beef roast, no potatoes and lots of veg. I did treat myself to a little gravey for some moistness though.

Day 13, 14 and 15

Oh damn, I have been a bad girl!!
I seriously need to get back on track. I have pushed myself back to where I was last week.

10/11/16 - 168.4
I had a trip with college to learn about pond conservation and walked around a nature reserve. Day started like every other. Tablets and shake. Lunch, carrot sticks, cashews, plumb and grapefruit. I then stressed out and ended up having a 99p burger (McDonalds) I removed the bun though. Total steps 5,883.

11/11/16 - 168.4
Again tablets (doubled up) and shake. I knew that today was going to be a naughty day.
I had dinner out with a friend followed by cocktails. This was a bad move!
I had a Chicago grinder from Frankie and Benny's, I also had an ice-cream Sunday. Had 3 cocktails in there, 2 cocktails at a bar and another 2 cocktails in a pub. Terrible night for dieting I also forgot to take my tablets in the evening. Steps 2,924.

12/11/16
Today I weighed in and I am back at 170.8
I have graduation one week from today, so I definitely want to look a little better and so far it is not going that way.
I have taken 2thermo 2rk and 2 cla. I have a shake and have had a coffee.
I got work this evening so will be burning a few calories running around there. I feel motivated to go for a run but looking outside its all miserable and is telling me to stay in bed. Might go ask my mum if she wants to power walk to beaches.

Wednesday, 9 November 2016

Day 12

Day 12
Weight = 169.8
This morning I took two of each tablet, hoping it will kick me further. 2 thermo, 2 RK and 2 CLA. I had a shake for breakfast.
Snacks I had carrot sticks with walnuts and chia seeds. Someone ate all my cashews :(
Lunch I had jacket potato and beans.
For dinner mum made a chili, but I really didn't feel up for eating it. So instead I had another shake. Before having the shake I had 1 RK and 1 CLA.

Tuesday, 8 November 2016

Day 11

As I had a big assignment hand in yesterday, I decided to treat myself today.
Weighed in at 169lbs
Took tablets and walked to college with a protein shake(double chocolate)
for lesson snacks I had carrots, cashews and tomatoes.
Stopped for lunch with friends and had a chicken pie mash and veg.
Dinner was left over curry/stew thing with rice

I have also made a deal between me and my ex(who I am still good friends with) who ever gets closest to their target weight with in a month wins and who ever looses has to by a dinner of the winners choice. Both targets are set for 2 and a half stone (36lbs), I doubt we will loose this wait in the month but whoever looses the most wins.

today I am 12 stone(169lbs) and my target is around 9 and a half or even 9 (approx 130lbs).

Monday, 7 November 2016

Day 10

Day 10
Today I weighed myself and am 167.6lbs meaning I'm back to 6.6lbs lost meaning that is 2lbs since yesterday.

My weight started at 174.2-173.6-173.6-173.2-172.0-167.6-170.8-170.8-167.6.

I have taken my tablets 2thermo 1rk and 1cla.

Breakfast I will have a shake with some oats, I will be out on the noat this morning so I think solid food will be good

For lunch I had 4 fish fingers smash(with water and fresh chill for flavour) and beans. I didn't take any tablets prior. I will also have a green shake

Dinner was a few chunks of beef and carrot from one of my mums curry stews

Sunday, 6 November 2016

Day 9

day 9
I have decided that I will only be having 1rk and 1cla each morning and night instead of 3 times a day.
I have work this morning and have already took all the tablets and made myself a shake (no greens)!
I weigh 169.6lbs (yay back under 170)

Lunch was that bean pasta with a bit of chicken spinach kale and peas.

Dinner I had a protein shake and a banana

Saturday, 5 November 2016

Day 8

Day 8
So day 7 turned out to be a bit of a rubbish day, weighed in at 170.8lbs. I didn't eat until around about 18:00 and it wasn't a very healthy meal. Tortellini with a pasta sauce, although I did have some tender-stem broccoli and kale with it though. Yesterday I also brought some 1,000mg CLA tablets and raspberry ketones. I was also given a bag of myprotein diet whey (double chocolate flavor)

Weighing in at 170.8 has given me a total loss of 4.4lbs in one week
I think I will be aiming to drop at least 3lbs in a week for the week coming
By the end of the mouth   I would like to be 160lbs

Today I weighed in at 170.8lbs again, I had 2 thermolean an hour later I took 1 RK and 1 CLA followed by a shake. As I approached the end of the shake I added more water and a scoop of the greens (ewwwwww again).

13:00 Took 1 RK and 1 CLA followed by a bunch of white grapes.

Dinner this evening will be roast chicken with organic edamame and mung bean fettuccine with organic chia seeds sprinkled on top.
I will also take 1 RK and 1 CLA again before the meal.

Today I wore my ab-belt and went on the wobble machine (highest setting).

Update.... I added broccoli and carrots.

But.............. WHO ON EARTH LEAVES CORNISH CLOTTED CREAM AND RASPBERRY RIPPLE ICE CREAM IN THE FRIDGE!!!!!!!!! I just had to help myself to a scoop!!!!

Day 6

Day 6
I weighed myself an I'm glad I did!!! 167.6lbs (11.9st) that means in 6 days I have lost 6.6lbs!!!
On the coach I'm having breakfast, 1 avocado, 1 banana, a scoop of green shake and water as a smoothie. Finally it has hidden the taste of the powder (although I don't like avocados).
I resisted the temptation of food in the cafe today, eating cashews, blueberries, carrot sticks and plumbs for lunch today.
Dinner is lamb and veg made by mum(I don't know if she is trying to sabotage me because I lost twice the amount as her in a week) it smells delicious!
Today was a trip to Paignton zoo with lots of walking 11,085 steps.
I hope waking up tomorrow more weight will be gone again. Super motivated now going shopping for a work out outfit that can control my boobs, it will give me more motivation to exercise.

Day 5

Day 5

Happy after this mornings step on the scales 172.0lb  (12.2st) meaning that after 5 days of not really being sure on what I am doing I have lost 2.2lbs.
Took 2 tablets but not yet had breakfast, have a skimmed milk coffee and am planning breakfast in my head.
9:15 green powder in 150ml of water. I'm sure this stuff gets even worse (my mum is encouraging me not to have smoothies as it changes the structure of good stuff into bad sugars and instead of being free fruit it becomes a sin, 100g of blended banana becomes 5 sins)
9:45 handful of grapes followed by 0fat Greek yogurt a handful of cashew nuts and a banana.
11:30 an orange for lunch (forgot to bring a lunch with me) class mates are trying to encourage me to go for lunch with elm during break. (Too much temptation!!)
I did go for lunch, but I was a good girl. Jacket potato with beans and salad, no cheese and no butter!!
For dinner this evening I had just 3 sausages mum got from a butchers, I know sausages are not very good but I had nothing else.

Tomorrow I have to be up extra early so I will most likely not have time to weigh myself, I also have to go get a good lunching snacks for a coach journey tomorrow....

Tuesday, 1 November 2016

Day 4

Day four
Started like every day wake, two tablets and weight 173.2lbs so today marks the first pound it's not much but it's something!
Breakfast consisted of half a squeezed grapefruit with a soon of 0fat Greek yogurt, a spoon of oats and some green powder. I wish I didn't have to chew the oats it meant the taste of grapefruit had to last longer!
Tookthhe walk to uni with my noodle lunch again, also had a lap round the zoo and ran around the maze. Then walked home...
I will be going to work tonight after writing a bit more of my assignment. So that will get my activity levels up a little more.
I can smell food cooking but I don't know what my mum is making...
16:25 small portion of mums hom made veg and chicken curry with a small amount of white rice.

So I had a little bit of a bad evening, it is so hard being a waitress! So much food and it all smells so good. This evening I had the most smallest bite of a chocolate cake, 2 chips and some left over veg. It could have went a lot worse though. The chefs put a massive platter of food out, amazing meats, mash, veg with purée and other amazing food, tonight they also put all the left over cakes and sweet foods out too, normally I'm the first to jump on it with knives flying around to fight others away. So compared to a night that I do eat it I done well.

According to my I phone my step count for today is 17,797. So then steps are a walk to and from uni and a 5 hour shift.

28/10. 1,179 (awfully low)
29/10. 10,899 (10 hour shift at work, not very busy at all)
30/10. 10,332 (5 hour super busy Sunday lunch shift)
31/10. 5,503 (walk to and from uni)
01/11. 17,797 (today, walk to and from uni, 5 hour shift)

The amount of exercise I get really depends on work. If I am not working I am ether at uni or doing uni work that requires a lot of sitting. I know the steps may not be accurate because I don't always have my phone in my pocket and it also don't record othe activities I may do (like surfing).

Day 3

Day three.
Woke up and had 2 thremo lean hardcore tablets at 8:00. I am hoping that this will prevent by boredom nibbling during lectures.
Weighed myself at half past, 173.6lbs same as yesterday.
9:00 Breakfast, 1 crushed banana with super green powder folded through. Packed my lunch for today, the kale, chili noodles I made last night.
9:30 walk to uni, the walk is about 1 mile and takes around 20 minutes.
11:30 ate noodles made them last over 30 minutes, 1L of water with sliced lime.
13:00 walk back from uni and made a stop at aldi. Brought grapefruits, cashew nuts, blueberries 0 fat yogurt, running trousers and 85% dark chocolate (the darkest they sold)
13:30 25g serving of chocolate and 0.6L of water with lime.
For dinner this evening mum is making a weight watchers worthy beef stew. With Carrots, leaks, red onions and red chilies.

* 16:20 Just finishing an assignment in the kitchen and can smell the stew cooking!!! I have decided that I am starving!!! *

20 things that I believe might help

So you might have gathered I don’t have a clue on what I am doing… But here are a few things that I believe can help weight loss. I am not a nutritionist and something work different for some people.

  1. Chilies. Not only flavoursome, they can reduce salty cravings and appetite, boost fat burning and boost metabolism.
  2. Plenty of water. Boost metabolism of stored fats and is vital for survival.
  3. Exercise. Every little helps, walking even short distances or even walking up the stairs can help. Simple chores like house work can keep you moving.
  4. Avoiding too much salt. Salt attracts water increasing water retention, them extra few pounds make all the difference.
  5. Chewing more on food. Helps digestion and food lasts longer.
  6. Weigh yourself regularly and don’t lose track. Although weight naturally fluctuates throughout the day sometimes it keeps you on target if you can see how you are doing.
  7. Record what you have eaten. Sometimes things just slip in your mouth, recording these random occurrences can help you pin point where you are going wrong.
  8. Don’t go off track on a cheat day. Remain healthy by limiting intake of unhealthy foods. Cheat day can ruin the next few days if you over indulge.
  9. Commit to it. Tell people, you will be more likely to do it. Peer pressure for the win (like blogging, people now know meaning I have to do it!)
  10. Stay away from sugary drinks. Pretty obvious, sugar=bad, liquid sugar=even worse.
  11. Sleep. We all love sleep, unfortunately most of us don’t get enough.
  12. Increasing fruits and veg. Snacking on fruit is a sweet alternative to other sugary foods, adding fruit to salad can increase the flavour. Vegetables are fibrous and super good for us they are low in nasty carbs and are sometimes tasty.
  13. Dark chocolate. Everyone knows chocolate is good for us, the darker the better!
  14. Citrus slices in water. Adding slices of lemon or limes can boost flavour and get rid of some of our body’s toxins.
  15. Nuts. Perfect for snacking and have plenty of vitamins.
  16. Kale. Extremely low in calories but high in vitamin K and antioxidants, although tastes like dirt it is amazing for you.
  17. Being outside. Boosting happiness and giving a need to move. Being outside can also increase vitamin D intake and give a little colour to our skin.
  18. Be comfortable. Buy something that you will be comfortable to work out in (something that I still need to do).
  19. Lift weight. Weights whilst on the toilet or watching TV can make a difference.
  20. Eat food you like. You are more likely to stick to something if it tastes good. Some tasty things can be healthy too.
If you have any helpful tips post them in the comments!!

Day 2

Day Two
Woke up 8:30, took 2 Thermo Lean Hardcore tablets.
10:00 Breakfast.... Silly me, still haven't gone shopping! My Nutri-v’s super green detox shake came in the post yesterday (Wowcher deal), so I had a scoop in 150ml of water for breakfast.... Eww, don't do!! Lesson learnt, tomorrow it will be going in a mini smoothie. I often miss out on breakfast so at least I have something in me.
Today I start work at 12:00 but finish at 17:00 instead of 22:00, that means I can cook myself my own dinner this evening (after I go shopping).
I think I should call this blog, how not to diet...
10:25 Mum brought me up a coffee thinking I was going to be late for work... the clocks went back! She put a sugar and full fat milk in... But is now bring up her slimming world books for me to look through.
11:00 weight 173.6lbs (12.4st) -0.6lbs not anything to be excited over, but at least its a tiny bit less than this time yesterday!
12:00 lunch, left over banana smoothie from the breakfast shift at work.
During work I made 2 coffees with coconut milk but forgot to drink them... so had about half a cup of coffee.
17:00 Forgot where I parked my car for work so extra 10 minutes of walking (parked in the near by village instead of the car park at work) Even though this shouldn't really make a difference seems I had spent the past 5 hours on my feet running about.
18:20 dinner, plate full of kale and red chili few slices of roast pork (Mouth burning and tastes like dirt, but I now have a super chiseled jaw line, kale requires soooo much chewing)
All in all diet day pretty successful... Well better than yesterday.
Lunch for the next few days at uni pre-made;
Bag of kale, red pepper, two red chilies, a carrot, a little bit of broccoli and fresh egg noodles. Stir fried in a splash of olive oil. most  likely going to blow off my head, seems it was burning my eyes in the process of cooking it.
Hopefully tomorrow goes better again!
Quick question... What is the opinion on CLA tablets? Have any of you tried them and got any good results?

Day 1

Day one, failure.
I am new to this dieting, today started alright (29/10/16). Full motivation.
I am now sat in the staff room with an empty plate, not long before towering in tuna mac and cheese. I guess I will start properly tomorrow.
My name is Poppy, I'm a student and also have a job in hospitality. Leaving me with very few hours in the day. I'm studying a bachelors in zoology.
This morning I started a dodgy diet. I'm cheating by using Thermo Lean Hardcore fat burning tablets, although the dose is 4 pills a day I will only be doing 2 in the morning.
I am currently 174.2lbs (12.4st) and stand at 5ft4 giving me a BMI of 29.5. I'm a size 14 and really quite unhappy with my body. My ideal weight is 9st, I would love to loose the 3st and drop at least 2 dress sizes. Any hints and tips will be amazing, I'm extremely fussy though.

DAY 1.
Today I have just been drinking lots of water mostly with fruit in, I took 2 tablets this morning before I left go work. I am on a 12:00-22:00 shift and 17:00 is break time. We are supplied with a meal, today's being tuna, mac and cheese.
I have had 1 coffee no sugar, with coconut milk.
(As long as I don't nibble during the rest of my shift)
This will be all for today, I will start tomorrow a lot better. I am planning to go shopping for some healthy food.
